When you buy acces to The singsing! Sofa Library, subscribe to a live webinar / group lesson, pay for private lessons / coaching / mentoring or buy a gift card via this platform, you agree with the below terms & conditions.
Copyright
All the material posted on this platform and / or broadcasted through webinars and the likes is copyright protected. You are not allowed to make recordings yourself / download the provided recordings / download images / take screenshots and / or share anything with third persons.
Below are the only exceptions:
- Active participants of Solo Group Lessons receive permission to record their personal session.
- You receive permission to record your private voice lessons, mentoring and coaching sessions.
In both cases, these recordings are for personal use only and can not be shared with third persons via publishing on public platforms or any other way.
Recording
By subscribing to a live webinar or group lesson, you agree with the recording of the session. Breakout rooms are never recorded. The recordings of webinars can be used by Sarah Algoet to create future products and for marketing purposes.
You are always welcome to shut your camera off, so you don’t appear in the recording. You are responsible for doing so and can not ask to be removed from the recording or for the recording not to be used for the purposes as described above.
Punchcards
A 5- / 10-card for private lessons, coaching and mentoring bought on its own is valid for 5 months, personal, not transferable, and can not be refunded.
A 5- / 10-card for private lessons, coaching and mentoring bought with the discount of a Library subscription is valid for the duration of your subscription. This means that you can use it for as long as you have an active subscription. Canceling your Library subscription will automatically make the remaining hours on your card invalid.
If you have received a quotation for a custom-made offer, the validity of your card / package is agreed upon in the offer.
You are responsible to keep an eye on how long your card is valid and to book your sessions in time.
Cancellations
- The singsing! Sofa Library
You can cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds for payments that have already happened are not possible. If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle. A billing cycle starts at the exact day & time you have subscribed and ends the next month / 6 months / year, at the same day and time.
If you have subscribed with monthly payments on the 31st, a new billing cycle will start on the last day of the coming month (31st, 30th, 29th or 28th).
You will not receive a reminder that a new payment is coming up, you will be billed and receive a receipt automatically at the beginning of a new billing cycle.
In case you have bought a punchcard with the discount of your Library subscription: Canceling your Library subscription will automatically make the remaining hours on your card invalid.
- Webinars / Online group lessons
It is not possible to cancel your enrollment for a webinar or online group lesson. In case singsing! cancels the session, you will receive a full refund.
- Private lessons, coaching and mentoring
A private session can be rescheduled up to 48 hours on beforehand free of charge. In case this happens later, the session will be charged / deducted from the card. No exceptions will be made.
In case you have already paid for a single session and cancel more than 48 hours on beforehand instead of reschedule, an administration fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations need to happen in writing. Email is valid. SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or other social media are not valid.
Faulty payments: In case you make a mistake when using my online payment page and pay for another service than the one you wanted to book, a refund can be made, but an administration fee of 10€ will be charged.
Gift Cards
You can buy 2 kinds of Gift Cards:
- A card valid for live lessons, coaching and webinars
- A card valid for a subscription for The singsing! Sofa Library.
Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards:
- A gift card can not be used for other products than mentioned on the card.
- A gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- The receiver can use the amount in one time, or spread it over several purchases.
House Rules & Disputes
If you don’t respect the terms and conditions or act rude / impolite / disrespectful during a webinar or lesson, you can be removed from the session without discussion. You can also lose access to this platform.
In case of a legal dispute, only the courts of Alicante are authorized.
