Discover the power of a well-coordinated core and learn how functional movement can transform your vocal performance!
In this dynamic webinar, voice and bodywork specialist Christine Schneider will guide you through a series of practical core exercises that support stability, movement, and breath.
You will work through a series of adaptable core drills with clear ways to scale each exercise up or down based on your needs and capacity. Straw work will be integrated throughout the class to support breath coordination during movement.
This session is ideal for singers, voice teachers, performers, speakers, and anyone seeking to improve their vocal stability through functional movement.
Christine Schneider returns after her highly appreciated webinar Core Training for Singers – The Vocal Resilience Cylinder, which took place in August 2025.
That session focused on understanding and experiencing how the diaphragm, pelvic floor, spinal stabilizers, and core muscles function together as a pressure-managing cylinder that supports healthy voice use.
This new session, Core Workout for Singers on 22 January 2026, will be fully application-based and focused entirely on guided exercises and practical integration.
You do not need to have attended or watched the first webinar to benefit fully from this one.
For those who want to watch the recording of Christine’s first webinar, the 10% thank-you code you receive upon enrolling makes it easy to access it through The singsing! Sofa Library.
